On March 10 each year, we observe National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a moment to unite in honoring the experiences of women and girls affected by HIV. We pay tribute to the resilient voices of women who have and are dedicated to battling stigma and championing HIV awareness, prevention, treatment, and cure. We also celebrate the strength of those women who persist in thriving despite facing the challenges of stigma and discrimination. This year’s theme is “Prevention and Testing at Every Age. Care and treatment at Every Stage.”
